At Moto Palace, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • Be in the original packaging

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Installed or modified parts

  • Custom or special order items

  • Helmets or apparel that show signs of wear or use

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
